Smta breaking up

I have a problem with an SMTA. It will run at idle well, but if you quickly excellerate the throttle the motor will balk or break up then stabilize. It will also do it when you release the clutch. I have changed the points condenser rotor cap wires plugs and coil. I have drained the gas tank checked the gas line and setement bowl screen and assembly. I have also drain removed and cleaned the carborator. I do not know what to check next does anyone have any ideas?
