PO Plow Paint Help

A friend of mine is restoring an old PO International Plow. He said it was around the 1920's.

He thought the color should be an off white/yellow. Does anybody know what the correct color for this is? He also thought there were other colors involved such as blue. If anybody has a good picture, or has the paint color codes & scheme, it would be greatly appreciated.

What does PO stand for?
