I just finished replacing the O-rings and piston rings on my A. When I cranked her up, she started alright but tons of blue smoke belched from the exhaust stack. She also ran a bit rough. I'm thinking the smoke is from the oil that I used to coat the piston rings. I think I might have lubricated them too much. (they were pretty much swimming in oil when I inserted them in their sleeves) Does anyone have any comments on whether I should tear her down again and dry off the rings or should I leave it alone and wait for the oil to burn off. There's lots of smoke and I'm thinking it's going to be a good while before it all burns off. How long should I expect it to take to burn off? I didn't let her run but 2 minutes or so, before I began to get concerned, and shut her down. Thanks in advance for helping this newbie.
