Well I took some of the advice I got from this board, and told the guy who wanted my old barn to tear it down for the materials. I even purchased some liability insurance to feel safer. After 1 week he had not started, so I started the project myself. Finally the second week he shows up after I had it half torn down. I told him that since I had it this far I would just finish it myself even though my time is limited (the reason I wanted someone else to do it). Proof once again that if you want something done you might as well do it yourself. Oh well, I will have some good materials to build a nice machine shed down the road.
