Exhaust manifold for 52 H

My H has been getting harder to start. It would start fine being pulled, but not on it's own cranking the starter over.
Come to find out that the intake and exhaust side of the manifold have serious cracks in it that are getting bigger. I was considering trying to JB weld for short term solution. I need to save some money to be able to buy a replacement later. What solutions have been used in the past to repair an intake/exhaust manifold?
What about a used one from another tractor?
I got a price on a new one for $251.
