Mike: Your right, had a day off scheduled for today, friends comming for visit from Windsor. They called a few min ago saying they wouldn't be coming. Bad down that way also. I understand that due to road closures one would encounter problems even going south. The winter really has been quite kind to us here, oh yes it has been cold with little snow. There has seemed to be a barrier along No.7 highway as far east as Elginfield and we have been for the most part spared what you have been getting. Last night you managed to get that Huron-Exeter wind headed south and did we ever get it. Hard to say how much snow, but it is piled up in all the wrong places. I was up your way about a week ago, picked up a load of logs on Hensall road. At that time you could have put all the snow in Middlesex County in one of your drifts and you wouldn't have noticed.

On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
