Farmall H M dual wheel rims

My dad has this great set of H or M dual wheel rims, the ones that are molded with the spacers right in them and then they bolt to the other wheel? Not for sure how that works. They look great. We were thinking about maybe getting rid of them. Is there much of a market out there for dual rims for a H or M? What might they be worth?
we are fixing up my grand fathers second H and if we sell them use the money for that tractor. let me know what they might be worth. I don't know if there is much call for duals on these tractors.
