FARMALL F-12??

Hi-
I am looking at a 1936 Farmall F-12 that was advertised here. It says that it has newer paint, new front tires, fair rear tires and will start in 3 cranks. I have yet to call the guy. What should I ask him about this tractor? Is there anything in particular that I should ask about an F-12? Also, he says that he has $1200 invested and will sell for $800. Is this good? Help me out if ya can. TIA
