Doug, don't be concerned..let it run for 15 or 20 minutes , keep an eye on oil pressure, temp etc....it takes a long time for all the oil to burn out and those rings need to get worked in..all takes time..2 to 4 minutes won't cut it...Good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
