PAIN RELIEF !!

After splitting my Super A, replacing all the bearings in the axles,differential/ transmission, as well as all oil seals and the countershaft{ it had 8 chipped teeth } re-assembling I still have the growl, whine that I started to repair in the first place. This happens when I'm in gear and is a terrible sound. Also replaced the brakes. What else is there???It is loudest off the left side or at least that's where I can hear it the most.
