That sounds good. Now I've got one for you people north of the Mason Dixon Line and an old southern favorite.

Baked Georgia Possum
select 1 small (10-12 lb.) Georgia possum
potatoes, carrots, onions and celery
salt and pepper
1 12" x 20" hickory board

clean possum and tack to board
place potatoes, onions, celery and carrots around possum
perheat oven and cook until tender
remove from stove
remove possum,taters, carrots and celery and eat the board
