Sounds like the 350 and loader are probably both in pretty rough shape. Local prices for the Cub with a GOOD belly mower is nearly 2500, and the H is about 1200 to 1900. The loader isn't all that valuable unless you know the cylinders are rebuilt. I bought mine for 200 the had to rebuild one cylinder and replace the other. I think the guy should be paying you about 1200.
