Sounds like an ok deal to me. I am not sure if this year had steel wheels, but if it did, it would be worth more. Ask the guy if he has the steel wheels that fit it or knows where you can get some. Bottom line, its worth what someone is willing to pay. If its close by, thats a big plus.
