When I was about 10 yrs. old, my dad and I were following a truck that was a supplier for a large name brand tool company. He slid through an intersection and got careemed by a steel hauler at about 50 mph. The semi hit the back of the box van and not the cab, the driver of the van was pretty beat up. My dad and another motorist were helping the driver and the trucker was radioing for help. All of a sudden some jerk started picking up the thousands of whenches and sockets and etc. that went everywhere and put them in the cab of his truck. The trucker, who was a fairly large man, went over to confront him. The guy said that the driver had insurance, and all of the tools would be "paid for". Long story short, when the ambulance arrived, they had a hard time figuring out who was in the accident, the driver of the parts van or the guy heaving his guts out with a bloody face and broken nose! Don't let what your dad get to you. People are only human. I have relatives who are absolute crooks. You didn't do anything wrong. As I read below, the idea of "somebody else whould have picked it up" is probably true. Nobody was physically hurt as described as above. Just my thoughts, AG/IN

We arrived hoping to meet up with a man we knew had over one
