Joe, What it probably means is that your truck came with steel wheels from the factory. The bolt that you need to remove is located underneath the rear gas tank support in front of the shift lever. I don't have a picture of the bolt, but more than likely it will be very corroded and rusty, I had to remove mine by taking a cold chisel and turning the bolt with a chisel. Be sure and not let any of the rust fall into the hole where you remove the bolt. You will need a 1" long replacement bolt....maybe 1 and 1/2". Once you remove the bolt, you will have a New Old Stock 5th gear in your tractor. Good luck, I have done this before so, if you need further instruction, I'll try to help... Jared Jeffries
