Willy - I have a Super M with a narrow front; my wife's dad has and identical SM but with the wide front. Each has it's advantanges (NF is more manuverable in tight quarters; the WF rides better on rough ground, is more stable on side hills and drives better in road gear. The WF is also much less common - I think it kinda "looks cool". Can't offer a fair price for a WF SM - depends so much on tractor condition and upon your geographic location. Check to see if the SM your are considering at has a live hydraulic pump (a so called "stage II" tractor). That feature alone is worth several hundred $ extra over one without a live pump. The live pump makes operation of remote hydraulics (blade lift, aftermarket 3 pt, etc) much more tolerable!
