I agree with Guy Fay that the factory never built an F20 with a starter. I have a late model 1939 F20 that my father bought new. It has a starter, road gear, and brake pedals. But all these were installed by my dad. The starter came in a kit that included a new bell housing. I do remember he had to get the flywheel turned down so that a ring gear could be put on. The aftermarket road gear is a Behlen unit. Not sure what company made the brake pedals but they too were added. But any F20 with a starter is rare and it sure beats cranking.
