Skip, Thanks for the advice. I have forced teh manifold valves over hard manually just to be sure. I leaned this because after fighting to get it started on gas I went back to diesel and it wouldn't start. I then realized the manifold valves were not fully closed so I forced them with a crow bar and it started immediately. I realize I have to take the manifold off to clean them and will do this in the near future. Until then, I have the hood off and am making sure the valves are forced over hard before trying to start the machine on gas. Thanks for your insight and any additional info you have will be appreciated.
