Sounds pretty standard. The foot brake pedals sound like they were added later being that you still have a hand brake lever too. Must be a very late '36, or it has been repainted. IHC started painting Farmalls red in November of 1936. See the link for the actual paint commitee decision. Road gear was not an option, it was an aftermarket add on.
