they dont have to b old or hycrop to b rare in 1983 there were 2 7388 4wheel drive tractors made, yes only 2 thats about as rare as they come, ih was gearing up to make them when tenneco bought out ih and made the caSE ih merger , and only 2 of the monster 4 wheel drives were made
