I want to thank everyone who posted something about my idea on painting my M safety yellow and calling it an I-6. I learned a ton.

Guy Fay had the ultimate solution (as usual). I don't recall seing it in his book, but an industrial version of the M would indeed be interesting. Especially with "International" decals and front emblem. As I recall from the book, International would paint tractors just about any color anyone wanted. So, my safety yellow idea is not too far from reality.

This was such a cool discussion. I learned stuff. I may be able to partially asuage the authenticity mavens, and still have a tractor that is out of the ordinary. Thank you all!

Hey, Guy Fay, aside from decals and badges, were there any major differences between the industrial M and the Farmall M?
