My cub operators manual states in the "note" at the bottom of page 26 that Cub twelve volt batteries are negative ground and 6 volt batteries are positive ground. On page 25 it says, IH cub tractors with serial # below 224401 or IH Lo-boy tractors with serial # below 18701 are 6 volt systems.
