KELLEY,REATTACH THE CARB TO THE MANIFOLD. ON THE ROUND TUBE THAT ATTACHES TO THE CARB,THERE SHOULD BE A SQUARE PIECE ON THE END OF THE SHAFT. THIS HAS TO FIT INTO A SQUARE SLOT IN THE CARB. IT IS VISIABLE WHEN THE TUBE IS OFF.REMOVE THE LINKAGE BEHING THE GOVENOR.... SHOULD BE ONE ROD ATTACHED TO A CURVED PIECE. THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO MOVE THAT SQUARE PIECE TO LINE UP WITH THE SQUARE PIECE IN THE CARB. JUST MOVE THAT CURVED PIECE UP AND DOWN TILL YOU ARE LINED UP.HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU.. AND HOPE YOU DIDNT MESS UP THE SLOT IN THE CARB. OH, AND THE SQUARE PIECE IN THE CARB, ONE END IS OPEN SO IT WILL BE A THREE SIDED SQUARE SLOT. GOOD LUCK J IN PA
