If it is already downloaded, and you have seen it, it should be already on your hard drive. If you are using a PC, Push the start button, then find, then find file. Type the name of the file in the box and push the find button. It will search your machine and tell you where it is. Then use your explorer to move it to where you want to save it. If the finder does not find it, then it is still on the mail server, and how you get it to your machine depends on what you use to get your mail.
