DOWN on the side of the pump there is a little plate that is held on with 2 screws used to look at timeing marks take this plate off it has a rubber gasket behind it, untill you get the air out of the pump once you have a stream of fuel put it back on, i have never had any luck with out doing this on reastarting a 460-560-706- 806-1206- 1256- 1456 after running them out of fuel, hope this helps
