As for the manual, I don't know. I've got a nice one and it's not leaving the yard for any $$$. It is my opinion that hours don't mean a whole lot on the 06-56 series IH's. We have an 806 with 17000 hours, OH'd once, 1 T.A. job, Several clutches, and a lot of tires. If it was taken care of, and I had the money, it's at least a $6,000 tractor with the work and tires and if it's a sound runner and drives well in my book. Look for things like: Dual PTO, 3pt. vs. 2pt., good wide frt. end, good flat top fenders, all of the sheet metal and emblems are there and it runs smooth, tach and guages work, etc. Never seen a 1206 w/ 20.8's. If it's really sharp, it isn't unheard of these bringing $10000+, but the paint hast to be "correct". Good luck, AG in IN
