Took a road trip to Fall City Nebraska today to a sale that had an H with wide front end, not running, advertised. Got there to find not an H but a Super H, series II with a wide front end and they had it running. New tires on the rear and one new one on the front. Needed a lot of cleaning and several seals and gaskets replaced. It had been repainted a couple of times so it was going to take a lot of elbow grease to get it ready to paint again. Sold for $2350. Buyer was in his 60's, said he had about 10 tractors in his collection. Also said that he paid more than he wanted to but that he had stood there in the cold all day (3 hrs) and had decided that he wasn't going home without it. JUST FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
