My IH manual #GSS-5031 Says the following about the Zenith 161 & 7 carburetor: The float height is 1 and 5/32 to the bottom of the float (top whenit's upside down. Unscrew the main jet at the bottom of the bowl 1 and 1/2 turns for prelliminary, unscrew the idle jet one turn for preliminary. Hope this helps. The oil level check is right hand thread.
