I use it in everything from lawn mowers to my Super H. It also will not cause seals to leak,if the seal was bad before, it will leak-but that's not from the use of synthetics,that's just an old leaking seal.

It does cost 2-3 times as much,but it's performance can't be beat by conventional oil.
I use it because I want to be sure that when I'm plowing hard or bushhogging or doing stationary belt work ,that the engine is protected whether it's freezing in January or boiling in August.I even use mobil 1 synthetic gear oil,because it flows at -50* F and I found that it makes the gears in the transmission whine less-they still whine,but not like before.

Like everyone else,this is just my opinion,but I would use it from day one.
