Not hard to do at all but the front end is really hard to find. Only 4 bolts to take the narrow one off and just 6 bolts to put the wide one on. A wide front end from a C, SC, 200, 230 will all fit but the spindels are just a little longer than the ones for the 240 & 340. They make the front end stand just a little high for my liking.
