No help on which planter to use but I have one I picked up at a auction. It was all new parts in a barrel and an old rusty frame. No handels as it was attached to a IH cultivision for the truck farm. I just picked out the seed wheel with the hole big enough for the corn to fall thru easily and went to work. Did fine but wore me out pushing it. Its set in the barn now for years waiting for me to attach it to a tractor again before I'll use it. I'd sell it but have no idea what its worth.
