I replaced the seals on my 300 about 10 years ago.At that time they were still available from Case.I found out after that these seals rarely hold.You will find if you talk to people who have run these tractors that the steering boxes often ended up being filled with wheel bearing grease to provide lubrication that wouldn't seep out.While you have it apart consider giving the gear on the vertical shaft a1/2 turn so the worm works on teeth that haven't been used as much.
