I would recommend you find some instrutions on rebuilding this pump if you never did one.Timing on the critter is critical.Get it to gether out of time it might not work. When you start it up it could uncontrolable spin to one lock or vibrate violently when you touch the wheel.....never reach inside the wheel spokes either unless you want a broken extremity.....be careful!!!
