460 - to buy or not?

I found a Farmall 460 and the owner says the only problems are the mounting bolts for fast hitch are stripped and it could use new tires. How much do rear tractor tires run and is it possible to fix the stripped bolts? Also, can you still get wide front ends for these tractors somewhere? Thanks for putting up with my stupid questions but I am really learning alot from this site. Jerry
