Bob, I had a similar problem with my H. Did some research and decided to get a replacement block. My H wasn't as bad of shape at the picture you have posted here. I bet there was a problem before the removal of the sleeve. Replacement blocks are not impossible to find and I was pleased to get one for my H for $100.00. Bob
