what model farmall is this ?

i am trying to find what model farmall this . on the serial tag it shows u uph 2156. I think it was used at an airport for pulling luggage carts.it has small tires in front and truck tires in back. contact me at cleo@gdinet.com if you can tell me whatit is or any history on this type of tractor, I can e-mail pic's to help try to figure this one out.
