Orphaned Rabbits/Old Tractors My wife started taking in house rabbits that other folks didn’t want anymore, some were just set free to fend for themselves! She has been doing this for over twelve years! We live in town and these Bunnies live in the house with us! Have had 20 or more at one time living in the house. Current count is 12. The reason I bring this up is there is No return on investment when you bring in a little critter and care for it like it was your child. Vet bills, special food, an on an on! We have a pet cemetery in our back yard. My wife does not understand my wanting to collect old tractors. Every once in a while she will say “It’s about time you sold one of those toys for a Big Profit”!! When she looses a rabbit, we dig a hole and its over. At least my old iron will have some value, even if it is only for scrap! Peg and I have been married for over 40 years and we still have times when we just don’t understand each other!! Based on life expediencies we expect to be married for at least another 20 years! :-) Dave Olson – East-Central Illinois
