First off, the oil level for most engines is below the oil pan gasket. If that is the case, the bad gasket might seep a little while engine is running, but wouldn't cause the oil to all leak out while tractor is just sitting there. I would guess that the engine is froze but not to bad considering the short time frame in between now and the last time it run. Probably caused by either a leaking head gasket, or rain water got into uncovered exhaust. I would remove spark plugs and squirt in (I use automatic transmission fluid) and fill cylinders up. Then screw the spark plugs back in. If tractor is outside, make sure the exhaust is covered and you might want to drain coolant. Let the cylinders soak for awhile. You might be able to loosen it up without tearing engine down but likely you will have to eventually tear it down anyway. You would have to atleast pull the head off if replaceing head gasket, and tear down is pretty much manditory for visual expection of damage. Letting the cylinders soak is the key to getting it unfroze, so be patient.
