400 hydraulics

Getting ready to rebuild the hydraulics/touch control on my 400. Looking at the parts manual, appears that I will just need to replace "O" rings. Anyone done this before? Looking for info on how long this would take, any pitfalls I should look out for, etc. Also, is there a method to bleed the system after it is back together?
