The screen is 3/16" Hail Screen that you can get from a good full service Hardware Store. Most of the chains don't carry it but they have the 1/8" and 1/4". Just cut the screen away from the spot welded clamps and streighten the prongs and remove the screen. Use the old screen flattened out for a size pattern and cut your new screen that size. I start on one side and put it on the prongs when I get to the ribs I use a clamp type (3" wide jaws) vice grip pliers to form the screen around the ribs and then to hold it in place and I use just a small amount of JB Weld to attach the screen to the ribs. I usually form and attach the screen completely and then go back and do the JB Weld, leaving the clamps in place until the JB Weld hardens. This has worked well for me on several grills. GOOD LUCK!!!!
