I've never seen a blade on the front of a 2+2. IH never made one I know that. The pivot point wasn't the most robust in those tractors since the front frame was all fabricated steel. And the rear pivot point was a transfer case housing bolted onto the rearend of a hybred 1086/1486 if I remember right. IH was REAL leery about anyone putting duals, lots of weights, or spray tanks on the front of those tractors also. You could probably mount something on it to do light grading & snow removal, and landscaping or terracing. But it wouldn't replace a D-7 CAT.
