will work good as long as 3 point hitch is proper they dont require much horse power you can buy one for less than $500 they dont work well in rock ground sometimes they need some weight or downpressure in clay and any tractor that has hyd pump on pto if they get stuck youll have to shovel it out example early john deere 2 cyl there are many size augers available and many adjustments to the digger frame good luck
