TMAC, The F-30 and the 15-30 engines do not have the same bore and stroke. The bore and stroke for a F-30 is 4.25 X 5.00. The bore and stroke for the earlier 15-30's is 4.5 X 6.00, and for the later ones it was 4.75 X 6.00. The engine in the F-30 compares to the engine in a 10-20 McD I hope that this helps you.
