Rick, You may have done this already. On my old C I took the radiator off and put a garden hose in the top outlet and let her fly. It flowed clear or a little rusty color for about 3 min.s then huge amounts of mud started comeing out in big globs. After about a half hour I had a 5 gal bucket about 1/3 full of mud. The original owner must have filled it up with pond water or something. Made a world of difference. I can work the old C for hours and the radiator cap will just be warm and I don't have a water pump on it.Like an idiot I thought I would feel to see it the exhaust manifold would be hot. Ruined a good pair of gloves that day. Just cause you like old tractors don't make you smart.
