The wide front would be worth $500.00 by itself, if it is in fairly good condition. As far as the rest of the tractor goes, straight tin is a big +++. All the rest of the problems that your're describing are fairly minor. You'd be hard pressed to find a good TA in an average tractor. Here in my part of Iowa, I've watched ones like you're describing go from $2000 to $3500. If you can buy it for less than $2000, I think you'd be doing very well. Good Luck.
