Many of these tractors are bought to be restored by collectors -- it costs a lot of money to do that, and if you are talking, say $3000 or more to restore one, percentage wise, the TA doesn't make that much difference. (Although it is the TA that makes them bring the original price) If a farmer is buying one, he is not going to pay much for one, as it is probably a supplemental tractor that "may" not get much use. That's my opinion.
