350U Engine Knock

My 350U developed a loud engine knock a couple of weeks ago. I have determined and found that the knock is coming from one of the exhaust valves. I replaced the valve spring, valve rotocap, tappet (solid lifter), spark plugs and recalibtrated all of the valve clearences and the knock is still there. Does anyone what can be making the loud knocking? and what else I can do?
