1st check the serial #...it should reflect that it was made in early 1950, if not, then it was not a demonstrator. If it is, then check areas that wouldn't have gotten painted over with a quick "dealer paint job"; we found out Super A by accident when we removed the governor for repair, the back of the governor case never got completely covered when it was repainted red. Then dig in some other areas; look inside the battery box, scrape some paint off the lower outside portion of the fenders... If the serial # is an early 1950, and you have white paint in those areas, you probably have one...no way to 100% confirm it unless you can trace the history back to the original dealer, and if he is still in business, or alive, he may remember. Any C in decent shape should fetch $1200-1500, so if she was white, grab her!
