you would need many dollars worth of parts to change to disc brakes. you need more than just the discs and the accuators. the disc brakes work great when they are kept up in good shape, but hardly any of them are. there was a very good article in the red power book a year or so ago that told how to make them work like they are supposed to. i have only ever bought one tractor with disc brakes that were set up to work properly, a 300. you can slide the back wheels without pulling the steering wheel off. if you have been around many of these tractors you know what i mean.
