460 Carb rebuild questions

I am rebuilding the carburetor on my Farmall 460 gas. I would like some opinions on the best way to get the hi speed or hi idle jet seat out of the carb bowl. Should I try drilling it out? If so what size bit should I use? Is it cemented in? Should I try and get a vise grip down inside to try and twist it out? Thanks for any comments or replies.
